Learn about AR/VR and MR and how to use and the newest technology to create immersive, engaging, fun learning experiences in your Latin Classroom. Take advantage of (free or inexpensive) tools , resources, and apps available to deepen student learning and support instructional strategies. Visit a historic site with 360 video, create a virtual meeting space to collaborate with other teachers and students to share resources or practice language skills. Bring historic artifacts into your classroom to explore virtually. Hands on activities and the opportunity to enter a virtual workspace with be part of the presentation. Share the excitement of using modern technology to engage students in learning about the past. Google cardboard, Merge Cube activities, Mozilla Hubs, and more will be presented.
